The complaint alleges that defendant Spartan Tool manufactures and sells the Original Model 502 and Modified Model 502 Cable Machines, which are motor-driven drain cleaning machines used to drive a snake or cleaning cable in and out of drain lines and pipes to open blockages therein. The original and modified machines contain a drum-like enclosure and an elongated spindle that supports and rotatably holds the cleaning snake.
